·        Silent Auction

The Rock and Roast Pig Dinner is coming up on January 31st.  Robin Beede is in charge of the Silent Raffle.  If you have an item or know  a business that might donate an item for the Silent Raffle – please call Robin at 304-7451.  Congratulations to Samantha Hamilton for winning the T-Shirt Design Contest.  T-Shirts will be on sale starting January 6th.

 

·        School Christmas Performance

Thursday – 6:30 p.m. – Auditorium

Check your child’s envelope for the time they need to be in their classroom to get ready.

·        Italian Dinner Thank Yous!!! 

Thank you very much to the Knights of Columbus for the fantastic Italian Dinner last Saturday night.  They raised over $1,100.00 to the school.  Thanks parents for the delicious desserts.

 

·        Book Fair     

Thank you Lisa Maeder and Robin Kaplin for running the Book Fair.  You both did a fabulous job.  Thank you to the parents who worked and to all the families who bought books to support our school.

 

·        Don’t forget to go on-line to www.CityTicketCenter.com/miss  to purchase tickets to local tours and attractions as well as dozens of other cities.  10% of every sale comes to Mary Immaculate!  We received our first check for $30.00.

 

·        December 19th

Mass – 8:15

School Dismissal is at 12:00 noon.  No after school care.  Faculty Christmas Party at 12:30.

Classes resume Tuesday – January 6th

·        Girls Softball Signups

The Key West Girl’s Softball Signups will be held this week, December 15th from December 19th, at the girl’s field. 

 

·        Children’s Christmas Mass

To all interested angels, shepherds & royalty ( Grades K and up):

The Children’s Christmas Mass will be Christmas Eve, December 24th, at 5:00 p.m.

The Mass includes a Gospel pageant acted out by the children.  All interested in participating in the pageant should attend the one and only rehearsal on Sunday, December 21st, at 1:00 p.m.  Flyer to register went home last week, or children can just show up on Sunday.

 

·        Volunteers needed to help install cameras for security.

Mr. Bentley, our parish manager, has asked for help in installing the new security cameras. No knowledge or skills necessary.  The date will be announced in the new year.
